For some years now, the talented Demaret sisters have taken over the family business that has existed since the 80s. At Demaret, everything is good and we always ask for more! The Unicorn has selected for you the hazelnut spread with or without added sugar, the famous Bout'chics, little chocolate animals stuffed with praliné or vanilla cream, in addition to seasonal products with exquisite flavors.
Vintage chocolate from bean to bar
This handmade chocolate factory located in Liège chose the "bean to bar" approach for their exceptional tablets. Made with cocoa beans originating from carefully selected terroirs, they are available in milk or dark chocolate, sometimes pure, sometimes filled with delicious praline, with pistachio or almond nougatine or with salted butter caramel. At Millésime, neither provenances, nor harvests are mixed, in order to preserve the characteristics of the cocoa beans.

Mélanie Lemmens relies on the quality of products and creativity to offer delicious chocolates with a fun and stylish look. The Unicorn has selected for you two essential creations by Carré Noir : the famous "Prouts de Licorne", small rochers made of dark chocolate and feuilletine, and lollipops in the shape of a unicorn, in milk chocolate, white chocolate or dulcey chocolate (a cooked version of white chocolate with delicate aromas of shortbread and caramel.
